* Deb's Tuesday Yoga/Meditation/Mindfulness session started on 7 May at 3.30-4.45pm. Excellent instruction for the management of chronic pain. Drop-Ins Welcome!

* Ken would love to see a few more men joining his Men's Yoga class on Thursday mornings!

* Register NOW for the Back Care Clinic. Mondays 27 May- 24 June. 4-5pm $65/5weeks.

 

Ganges and Still Point are sister studios, presently operating from the ONE location. We are at 121 Upper Ganges Road on Sunny Salt Spring island! Just drive around to the rear parking lot of the Harbour House Hotel, where you'll find us overlooking their wonderful organic garden and farm.

Come on down and try one or more of the many movement disciplines we offer at the Studio. We have classes for Kids and Seniors and everyone in between!
